Fixed where it stated that Nevada would be on the same time as Arizona if on year round DST, which is false. Arizona is on year round standard time, not year round DST. Therefore, Nevada would be one hour ahead of Arizona year round, and one hour ahead of California in the winter when California does not observe DST. undo
  • curprev 03:1003:10, 22 March 2024VioletBeauregard talk contribsm 53,933 bytes +29 The title of the section was misleading. The first few paragraphs deal with permanent standard time, not permanent DST, and this misleadingly attributes the popularity of permanent standard time to permanent DST, which is the opposite. Furthermore, only permanent standard time has been adopted in recent years because of pushback from the medical community, concerning the detrimental effects permanent dst would cause. undo
