DescriptionAd-free Muni Flyer E800 trolley bus in 1983, on Mariposa St by Potrero Garage.jpg
San Francisco Muni trolley bus 5213, a 1976 Flyer E800 trolley bus (or "trolley coach", as such vehicles are often called by the city's residents), in 1983, wearing its original, as-delivered paint scheme – known as the "Landor" paint scheme – and free of any advertisements on its front or side. It is pictured moving east on Mariposa Street between Bryant and Hampshire streets, in front of Muni's Potrero Garage (behind the photographer, not in view), one of two operations and maintenance bases used by the San Francisco trolley bus system. The buildings in the background have all since been demolished and replaced by new buildings.
