English: Left to right: Rear admiral Francis E. M. Whitting (Commander, Cruiser Division 14); Rear admiral Joseph J. Clark (Commander, Carrier Division 5); Rear admiral John F. Shafroth (Commander, Battleship Division 8); Rear admiral Lloyd J. Wiltse (Commander, Cruiser Division 10); and Rear admiral Thomas L. Sprague (Commander, Carrier Division 3) are displayed during the meeting on Ulithi Atoll during Okinawa campaign in May 1945. All their units served as a part of Task Force 58.
