(view at photo left) Johnson Point, overlooking Phantom Creek, the west tributary into Bright Angel Canyon/Creek. At west of Johnson Point, the Buddha Cloister (the canyon, easily visible). South of Phantom Creek, and upraised, upside-to-the-west normal fault, is a block of layered rocks laid on top of Shinumo Quartzite, of the Unkar Group (overlooking the Granite Gorge, upon Vishnu Group (Vishnu Schist). The block, "Unkar Group Horst", contains the 4-lowest units of the 6-member group, (lowest member laid upon Vishnu Schist).
