English: Corby railway station, Northamptonshire Opened in 1879 by the Midland Railway on the line from Kettering to Oakham, this station closed in 1966. It was known as Weldon & Corby during that time. It was rebuilt and reopened in 2009.
View south towards Geddington and Kettering. The old northbound platform can be seen to the right. The line had just been electrified when this image was taken, but electric trains had not yet started running.
