Description
English: The X-ray crystal structure of exonuclease III from Escherichia coli. The multifunctional enzyme performs DNA repair activities, including 3'-repair diesterase, 3' to 5' exonuclease, 3'-phosphomonoesterase, and ribonuclease activities. The structure was solved to a resolution of 1.70 Å.
