"L'Eco di Bergamo" (20 gennaio 2019) pubblica un articolo sul mio attivismo politico compresa la resistenza anti-Pinochet. Riproducono una foto originariamente pubblicata dal quotidiano (ormai defunto) "Diario Color" di Talcahuano il 5 ottobre 1973. L'immagine è stata scattata nel Campo dei Prigionieri dell'Isola Quiriquina il 4 ottobre 1973. L'autore dell'immagine era il fotografo dello staff di " Diario Color" di Talcahuano. La foto è stata scattata con obiettivo apparentemente zoomato e in quel momento non ero cosciente dello scatto. Dopo la mia liberazione dalla Quiriquina ne vidi la pubblicazione su "Diario Color". Successivamente l'originale mi è stato donato con tutti i diritti. Alcuni hanno suggerito che la foto pubblicata abbia contribuito a salvarmi la vita, poiché era una prova che ero sopravvissuto, mentre altri prigionieri catturati dopo aver resistito ai militari no. L'immagine non è protetta da copyright e può essere riprodotta secondo la licenza "The Creative Commons Public Domain Dedication", CC0 (aka CC Zero), che è "uno strumento di dedica pubblica, che consente ai creatori di rinunciare ai propri diritti d'autore e di mettere le proprie opere nel dominio pubblico in tutto il mondo. "L'Eco di Bergamo" (January 20, 2019) run an article about my political activism including the anti-Pinochet resistance. They reproduced a photo originally published by (now defunct) newspaper "Diario Color" of Talcahuano on October 5, 1973. The image was taken at the Prisoners Camp in Quiriquina Island 4 Oct 1973. The author of the image was the staff photographer of "Diario Color" of Talcahuano. The picture was taken with apparently zoomed objective and at that moment I was unaware of the shot. After my liberation from Quiriquina I saw the publication in "Diario Color". Ensuing, the original was donated to me with full rights. Some have suggested that the published picture helped to save my life –as it was a proof I had survived, while other prisoners captured after resisting the military did not. The image is not copyrighted and can be reproduced according to "The Creative Commons Public Domain Dedication" license, CC0 (aka CC Zero), which is "a public dedication tool, which allows creators to give up their copyright and put their works into the worldwide public domain. CC0 allows reusers to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the material in any medium or format, with no conditions”.
