DescriptionPipe Bridge over the Trent and Mersey Canal, Burton-upon-Trent - geograph.org.uk - 1581980.jpg
English: Pipe Bridge over the Trent and Mersey Canal, Burton-upon-Trent. The pipe bridge has for many years displayed an advertisement for the famous Bass Museum of brewing. As Coors (who changed the museum's name to the Coors Visitor Centre in 2003), decided more than a year ago to close the museum, it seems crass that this should be left on display; or are they hoping someone will finance and re-open it?* 1581990
PS: Coors don't even brew Bass ale any more; Marston's brew it for them!
Update: Someone has taken on the brewery museum, including the shire horses, and it should re-open at Easter 2010
