Note: Image is still replacable even if he is dead, becauses existing unpublished photographs could still be released under a proper license. Wikipedia's NFCC criteria does not become invalid the moment a person dies. --Jayron32 16:21, 14 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Unless there is evidence that one or more people have made an extensive and significant effort to obtain a free image and determined that no such image exists and there is no non-free image that could reasonably be released under a free license if asked, then an image of a recently deceased person cannot meet the non-free content criteria. I see no evidence that anyone has made any effort, let alone an extensive and significant one.
Additionally, this image also fails point 8 of the WP:NFCC (contextual significance) as the image does not enhance the reader's understanding of the article. Thryduulf (talk) 00:25, 16 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
