The office of the minister for the constitution and European Union relations, previously known as minister of state without portfolio and sometimes the constitution minister, is a ministerial role in the Government of the United Kingdom.[3] The current postholder since 8 July 2024 is Nick Thomas-Symonds, who also serves as Paymaster General and Minister for the Cabinet Office.
