Description: This image is the official theatrical release poster for the movie 'Deserted' starring Mischa Barton, Winter Ave Zoli, Trent Ford, Dana Rosendorff, Lance Henrikson and Jake Busey. The film was released theatrically October 6, 2016 and was released on VOD February 28, 2017 on FlixFling, Amazon, iTunes, Dish Network, Time Warner, DirecTV, XFinity, Verizon FiOS and more. The films available in the United States, Canada, Japan, UK, France, Australia and Sweden. License: Fair Use Request. This theatrical release poster falls under the category of "Acceptable Use" for 'Images" under "Item 4" where it states "Other promotional material: Posters, programs, billboards, ads. For critical commentary". There is also no free equivalent that would serve the same encyclopedic purpose. This image has been used widely in association with the film Deserted to help people identify the content, and I believe it will continue to serve that purpose on wikipedia. Not done for multiple reasons, although I'll leave this uncollapsed in case someone wants to disagree with me. None of this artwork appears to be notable in an of itself, and while it's presence would certainly improve the article (which has multiple serious issues not related to images), it is not clear that its presence in the article is essential for an encyclopedic understanding of the individual, who is apparently notable for more than being an artist.
- As a living person, and a public figure, a potentially free headshot of comparable encyclopedic value could be created at virtually every public appearance the individual will ever make. Consider contacting the individual by email and asking them to release a self taken photograph, or some other photograph clearly owned by them, for use in the article by following the guidance at WP:CONSENT.
