Vietnamese names

@Anbans 585 and S.A. Julio: I suggest we show full Vietnamese names, because as I said in my edit summary, it seems more natural. My nation's names are usually not longer than average Chinese or Korean ones, even extreme cases are not big visual issues to me. Moreover, we should have a unified policy for similar names; readers and editors may be puzzled that Vietnamese names are shortened while Burmese/Chinese/Korean ones are not. There seems to be inconsistency, 2018 FIFA World Cup qualification – AFC Second Round, 2018 AFF Championship, and 2019 AFC Asian Cup qualification – Third Round use the full name.
