I can only reiterate my previous question. What on earth do you mean by "a head of Moscow"? Do you mean the Mayor of Moscow, or some political leader, or ....???? Please be clear and unambiguous in stating exactly what you are talking about. Cheers. JackofOz 00:55, 19 Dec 2003 (UTC)

Head of city is similar to western mayor, but Russian office title is not translated as "mayor". I personally don't see "head of Moscow" ambiguous - from my point of view, it doesn't imply political leadership... I appreciate any good ideas how to make it clear! Drbug 12:14, 19 Dec 2003 (UTC)
