Thin Lizzy?

I just removed the statement "It is frequently mistaken as being performed by Thin Lizzy."

Song Title = "Reelin' ..." or "Reeling ..."?

The label on the original ABC Records 45-RPM pressing indicates the title of the song is "Reeling in the Years" (not "Reelin' ..."). Check any eBay auction for evidence. I'd like to know also. The 45 sleeve pictured here also clearly shows "Reeling...". I've seen a number of scans from back covers of various copies of "Can't Buy a Thrill" but most I can't make out. Can't even tell if they're LP or CD. The ones I can make out do seem to show "Reelin'...". I wonder how it was listed on the original LP of the album. Been looking a bit on Ebay & I get the impression that the "inner black label, gatefold" version of the LP was the original release. If so, I saw a couple listings there with some pretty good scans. Seems that the album didn't agree with itself. The side 2 black label clearly shows "Reeling..." and the back cover of the same copy of the album clearly shows "Reelin'...". The only places I've found so far with "Reeling..." are the original side 2 black label, and a couple different 45's, both sleeve & label. If I was gonna guess, I'd say the original LP back cover might've been a typo that just caught on & became popular as the "official" title. Walter & Donald would probably be the only ones who could say definitively. Besides, you listen to that cut really closely & I defy you to tell me that they're singing "Reeling in..." or "Stowing away..." or even "Gathering up..." Big I, little t?

What's the rationale for upper case I and lower case t? The original vinyl album sleeve and label don't help much as all titles are in upper case. The label of later CDs uses "Reelin' In The Years". But the single cover, clearly shown in this article has "Reeling in the years". Is this a case of Wikipedia article naming policy taking precedence? Oppose per Anythony Appleyard. Although I'm not sure if "in" is precisely an adverb, but it's certainly not a preposition either. It's part of the verb, "to reel in". Cover image

The lead image in the infobox File:Reeling In The Years 45.jpg is obviously not the cover for the original release, which had the song as the A-side. Looking at the list of all Steely Dan single releases at 45cat.com, there is no trace of "Dirty Work" ever having been released on a single A-side or B-side?
