Twitpics in Wikipedia articles?

Is it ok to use twitpics on articles? Since they are "tweeted" to the general public i assume they are in the public domain and vallid for wikipedia articles? --Duphin (talk) 13:35, 23 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
