In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. NowCommons: Image:Sandwoodbay.jpg

Image:Sandwoodbay.jpg is now available on Wikimedia Commons as Commons:Image:Sandwoodbay1.jpg. This is a repository of free media that can be used on all Wikimedia wikis. The image will be deleted from Wikipedia, but this doesn't mean it can't be used anymore. You can embed an image uploaded to Commons like you would an image uploaded to Wikipedia, in this case: [[Image:Sandwoodbay1.jpg]]. Hello. I don't think that we can use this image on Wikipedia, I'm afraid. The requirement that it be used only "provided that the image is not used for commercial/profit-making purposes in any form" is not acceptable, because (as the tag itself says) "The following conditions must not include terms which restrict usage to educational or not-for-profit purposes or prohibit derivatives." Speedy deletion nomination of File:Sandwoodbay northview.jpg

A tag has been placed on File:Sandwoodbay northview.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
