Reason: Would like to replace with Image:Douglas MacArthur signs formal surrender.jpg, which has its brightness and contrast adjusted. Note that the current FP is schedule for POTD on July 1, 2007. If the replacement nomination is successful, the POTD image will need to be swapped out.
