This file was initially tagged by Ww2censor as Copyvio (copyvio) and the most recent rationale was: There is no freedom of panorama exception for anything other than buildings in Taiwan.
Converted by me to DR to allow for a discussion. -- Túrelio (talk) 18:20, 21 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

No freedom of panorama? I do not think so. As previously discussed here: [1], Taiwan's laws are stipulated: "於街道、公園、建築物之外壁或其他向公眾開放之戶外場所長期展示之美術著作或建築著作,除下列情形外,得以任何方法利用之." I think it means that people can take photographs in public places. But the question is why I can't upload "File:Monument for the Yoshino Immigrant Village in Ji'an.jpg"?--Kai3952 (talk) 22:07, 21 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
If you want to discuss Commons:Freedom of panorama#Taiwan (Republic of China), that's the wrong place. See Commons_talk:Freedom_of_panorama#FOP_in_Taiwan. --Túrelio (talk) 22:16, 21 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Well, where is the problem with File:Monument for the Yoshino Immigrant Village in Ji'an.jpg?--Kai3952 (talk) 11:20, 22 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: per Commons:Freedom of panorama#Taiwan (Republic of China). --Sebari – aka Srittau (talk) 17:14, 9 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Srittau: Per The "Copyright Act" of "Republic of China" Article 58, FoP does exists. --WQL (talk) 17:05, 10 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Taiwanese freedom of panorama does not apply to literary works like this memorial text. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 17:06, 11 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
