United Nations Security Council Resolution 412
Adopted unanimously at the 2021st meeting, on 7 July 1977.
The Security Council,
Having examined the application of the Republic of Djibouti[1] for admission to the United Nations,
Recommends to the General Assembly that the Republic of Djibouti be admitted to membership in the United Nations.
