The 2014 IRB Tbilisi Cup was the second edition of this international rugby union tournament, created by the International Rugby Board. It was played from 14 to 22 June 2014 at the Avchala Stadium in Tbilisi.[1]

The hosts Georgia were joined by Spain and two teams that regularly take part in the IRB Nations Cup, Argentina Jaguars and Emerging Italy.

South Africa President's XV won the inaugural tournament in 2013 after winning all three of their games but did not return to defend their title.
