Dino Prižmić won the boys' singles title at the 2023 French Open, defeating Juan Carlos Prado Ángelo in the final, 6–1, 6–4.[1][2]

Gabriel Debru was the defending champion,[3] but chose not to participate. He received a wildcard into the men's singles qualifying competition,[4] where he lost to Nick Hardt in the first round.
