Previous season

[edit]

The Bobcats finished the 2023–24 season 17–18, 9–9 in Big Sky play to finish in fifth place.[1] They defeated Weber State,[2] Sacramento State,[3] and Montana to win their third consecutive Big Sky tournament title, and earn the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament.[4] They received the #16 seed in the Midwest Region,[5] where they would fall to fellow #16 seed Grambling State in the First Four.[6]
