The 2025 Philippine House of Representatives elections in the Ilocos Region are scheduled to be held on May 12, 2025, as part of the 2025 Philippine general election.

Incumbent Sandro Marcos (Partido Federal ng Pilipinas) is running for a second term unopposed. Marcos was elected under the Nacionalista Party with 56.63% of the vote in 2022.
