Alexandra Millard (born 31 December 2001) is a British middle distance, long distance, and cross country runner.[1]
Early life
[edit]From Kent, she attended St Edmund's School Canterbury.[2][3] She is a student at Loughborough University.[4]
Career
[edit]She was a bronze medalist in the women's U23 race and gold in the women's U23 team event at the 2022 European Cross Country Championships in Turin.[5]
In July 2023, she ran a personal best over 1500 metres of 4:11.67 at the 2023 European Athletics U23 Championships in Espoo.[6]
She was selected for the 2023 European Cross Country Championships in Brussels in December 2023.[7] She won gold as part of the successful British squad which won the U23 team event.[8]
In March 2024, she was a bronze medalist in the mixed relay at the 2024 World Cross Country Championships in Belgrade.[9]
