Arne Carl Maier (German pronunciation: [ˈaʁnə ˈmaɪɐ];[3][4] born 8 January 1999) is a German professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Bundesliga club FC Augsburg. He played for the Germany national under-21 team.[5]

Club career

On 24 May 2022, Maier moved to FC Augsburg on a three-year contract with an option to extend, after playing at the club on loan in the previous season.[6]
