I've recreated this category because there are articles which don't really fall into the existing drugs categories. Category:Drugs deals with all drugs. Category:Illegal drug trade doesn't deal with the public health side of illegal drug use. Category:Drug policy doesn't deal with organisations that aren't advocating for a particular policy. Category:Drug addiction is a useful category, but what about public health issues related to substance abuse other than addiction. Whether or not one agrees with drug prohibitionism or regulation, the fact is there are certain substances which are widely considered to be dangerous to public health that people abuse, and there are charitable, public health and governmental bodies that are tasked with dealing with substance abuse problems. —Tom Morris (talk) 14:18, 20 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
