The term Coy (as an Adjective) or COY may refer to: Bashful, Shy, Retiring, Quiet, Reserved, Modest, Soft, Gentle, Hesitating; Reluctant to give details about something sensitive; notably prudish; Pretending shyness or modesty, especially in an insincere or flirtatious way.
