Bell signed with the Cleveland Browns as an undrafted free agent on April 30, 2022, following the 2022 NFL draft.[2] He made the Browns' 53-man final roster out of training camp. In doing so he became the first player from West Florida to make it in the NFL.[3]

On Sunday, December 17, 2023, Bell intercepted Justin Fields' hail mary pass in the end zone to secure a 20–17 win for the Browns over the Chicago Bears.[4] The pass got tipped multiple times in the end zone, with the ball eventually falling into Darnell Mooney's hands as he was falling to the ground; however, Mooney was unable to secure the pass, as he bobbled it before kicking it straight into Bell's hands.
