5th December 1918 Commemorative Ribbon also known as Spomenznak 5. prosinca 1918.) was a decoration instituted in 1943 during World War II by the Independent State of Croatia

The 5th December 1918 Commemorative Ribbon was established to honor the date of December 5, 1918. This date holds historical significance as it marks the establishment of the State of Slovenes, Croats, and Serbs, which later became part of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats, and Slovenes (later renamed Yugoslavia). The ribbon itself was worn as a symbol of remembrance and patriotism. The ribbon was manufactured by Braća Knaus of Zagreb. It measures 30 mm in diameter and is made of bronze gilt. Although unmarked, its association with Braća Knaus is known.
