Channce Fuller

Channce Fuller is a Canadian business executive currently serving as the President of Okanagan Frozen Dough (OKFD), and is set to become the company's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in December 2024, succeeding Bruce Glaicar. With a diverse career in leadership, operations, and business development, Fuller has extensive experience across various sectors, including food, clean energy, and environmental services.[1][2]

Early Life and Education

Born in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, and raised in Candle Lake, Saskatchewan, Fuller is the son of Shirley and Robert Fuller. Shirley was a hair stylist, and Robert worked as a craftsman laborer. Channce was the first in his family to pursue post-secondary education, a milestone that has played a significant role in shaping his career and personal development. Fuller went on to earn an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering (with Great Distinction) from the University of Saskatchewan. He is also a Registered Professional Engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA). During his younger years, Fuller played amateur golf throughout elementary school and high school, an experience that fostered discipline, focus, and a competitive spirit—values he carries with him today.[3][4][5]

Okanagan Frozen Dough (OKFD)

Fuller is currently the President of Okanagan Frozen Dough. He is set to become the company’s CEO in December 2024, taking over from Bruce Glaicar. Under his leadership, OKFD has positioned itself as a leading player in the frozen dough industry.[6][7]

Chenmark Capital Management

Fuller serves as Vice President at Chenmark Capital Management, a unique, family owned, private equity firm specializing in helping retiring business owners transition their companies to new ownership across a variety of sectors. In this role, Fuller continues to oversee multiple business development initiatives and plays a key role in shaping the firm’s long-term strategic direction. His experience at Chenmark spans multiple industries, including tourism, agriculture, manufacturing, and retail.[8][9][10]

Forbes & Manhattan

Fuller previously served as the Senior Vice President at Forbes & Manhattan, a leading Canadian merchant bank. At Forbes & Manhattan, he played a pivotal role in overseeing a variety of business development and strategic initiatives. This included leadership within Progressus Clean Energy (formerly AES-100 Inc.), a subsidiary of Forbes & Manhattan, where Fuller was responsible for driving the company’s clean energy projects and environmental sustainability efforts.[11][12]

Fuller served as Vice President of Western Canada for Terrapure Environmental, a company acquired by GFL Environmental. In this role, Fuller was responsible for overseeing operations and driving business growth across Western Canadian facilities, ensuring the company’s continued success in the environmental services sector.[15]

Nutrien

Fuller began his career at Nutrien (NYSE: NTR; TSX: NTR), where he held roles in technical engineering, process safety, corporate development, and global strategy. His work at Nutrien laid the foundation for his leadership and strategic development approach. Fuller's career has taken him around the world, with significant work experience in Canada, the United States, Australia, and China, further enhancing his global perspective on business operations and strategy.[16][17]

Hobbies and Personal Activities In addition to his professional career, Channce Fuller is an avid amateur bodybuilder. He has competed in various Men’s Physique competitions, achieving notable success. Fuller won the Novice and Open Class titles at the Golden Prairie Cup in 2022 and later triumphed in the Masters Category at the same event in 2024.
