G Square Realtors Private Limited is an Indian real estate company headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. It was founded in 2012 by Bala Ramajeyam. The company has done projects in Tamil Nadu (Chennai, Coimbatore, Dindigul, Trichy, Ambur, Theni, Thirupathur, Udumalpet), Telangana (Hyderabad), and Karnataka ( Bengaluru, Mysuru, Hosur, and Ballari), Pune and Jaipur.[1] They are currently developing plots in Ambur and Bengaluru. Former Captain of Indian Cricket Team M.S.Dhoni is their Brand ambassador. [2]

G Square began its journey by specializing in the purchase of land for corporates. They started their business by acquiring land for various corporate clients like India Bulls, Murugappa Group, JK Tyres, SIAAT, Casa Grand, Alliance Group, TVS Infrastructures, DIXI Express and Ascendas-Singbridge Group. G Square has acquired and leased over 1,000 acres of land to these corporates.[2]

Controversies[edit]
G Square has been subject to numerous raids by the Income Tax (IT) department over the past decade. Despite these investigations, no evidence has been found to support the allegations against the company. Recently, G Square has faced renewed scrutiny due to its alleged connections with the first generation of a political family in Tamil Nadu and accusations of collusion. This increased attention resulted in another IT raid, which, like previous investigations, did not yield any evidence to substantiate the claims.[5]
