Early Life and Education
[edit]Hunter Thomas,(/ˈhʌn.tər ˈtɑː.məs/, HUN-ter TAH-məs), known professionally as Huntr, was born on April 2nd in Laguna Hills, California, and raised in Aliso Viejo. He is one of five siblings. He attended Aliso Niguel High School and later graduated from California State University, Fullerton, with a bachelor's degree in business administration, concentrating in Entrepreneurship.
Career
[edit]Huntr began his career as a DJ in January 2017. His first show took place at the Yost Theater, where he and a friend managed to sell 100 tickets. His career quickly gained momentum, and in October 2017, he and his friend opened for Post Malone at Mansion Nightclub in Santa Ana.
Huntr's music has been recognized in the EDM community, with a feature on EDM Maniac as an artist spotlight. His collaboration with Philip Strand on the song "Fix Me" has been highlighted on numerous popular EDM blogs. This track marked a significant step in his career, as it was his first professional release that he took seriously.
