Early Life and Background
[edit]Ramneek Wayne, originally from India, migrated to New Zealand in 2010 as a young adult. His early journey, including challenges as an immigrant, has played a significant role in shaping his career and outlook on entrepreneurship[1]. Wayne's experiences are documented in his forthcoming autobiography, The Illegal Immigrant[2], which details his journey and struggles upon arriving in New Zealand.

[edit]In 2022, Ramneek Wayne[4] founded Tee Care Agency[5], a Melbourne-based organization dedicated to providing essential services to individuals living with disabilities. Tee Care Agency[6] was born out of Wayne’s observations of gaps in the sector, particularly around proper support and access for those with disabilities.
In 2024, Wayne[8] launched the North Foundation[9], which has quickly established itself in the sector. Notably, the organization[10] has been recognized as a finalist for the 'Most Outstanding Support Worker[11]' category at the Australian Disability Service Awards.
On November 1, 2024, Wayne founded The Million Dollar Podcast[13], an organization aimed at redefining the concept of influence and success.[14] The Million.co includes:
