Huttonella is a genus of land snails in the family Streptaxidae.[2]
Distribution
[edit]Huttonella was originally distributed in Africa and southwestern Asia.[3] Today it is a tropical cosmopolitan genus.[2]
Taxonomy
[edit]The genus has been described as "an artificial, non-monophyletic assemblage of pupiform, elongated streptaxids".[3]
