Kerzner International Holdings Limited, trading as Kerzner, is a leading international developer and operator of destination resorts, ultra-luxury hotels and residences and innovative entertainment and gaming experiences. Kerzner International Holdings is a privately held company, owned by the Investment Corporation of Dubai since 2014, with it's headquarters at DWTC in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Kerzner’s largest hotels are the Atlantis hotels, which include: Atlantis, The Palm, Dubai, a 1,500-room, water-themed resort on The Palm Jumeirah, overlooking the Arabian Sea and mainland Dubai; Atlantis, The Royal Resort & Residences in Dubai; and Atlantis, Sanya in Hainan China.

Under the One&Only brand, Kerzner manages some of the highest rated ultra-luxury resorts in the world, located in Dubai, Greece, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritius, Mexico, Montenegro, Rwanda, South Africa and the United States.

Kerzner's lifestyle brand, SIRO is the newest hospitality experience from Kerzner, focusing on holistic health and wellness, with the first 5-star hotel at One Za'abeel in Dubai opening in [1]February 2024. The second SIRO opens in Portonovi in Montenegro in 2025 with further hotels being developed in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and Palmilla, Mexico

Additionally, under the Rare Finds brand, Kerzner operates the Bab Al Shams resort, a 115 room desert resort and spa in Dubai, and Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort, a 500-room destination golf and casino resort in Morocco.

Ownership

Kerzner is a wholly owned subsidiary (as Kerzner International Holdings Ltd) of the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), which took the company private in 2014 having bought out all remaining shareholders including Sol Kerzner, Istithmar World and Nakheel. ICD is also an owner of some of the hotel properties managed by Kerzner entities.

Kerzner operates multiple Michelin-starred restaurants in the Atlantis and One&Only resorts, including Hakkasan and Ossiano, at Atlantis The Palm, and Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and Ariana's Persian Kitchen at Atlantis The Royal. One&Only hotels globally engage with Michelin starred chef's to open restaurants in the One&Only hotels, with starred restaurants in Dubai, Maldives, Mexico and more.
