  1. ^ Certain award groups do not simply award one winner. They recognize several different recipients, have runners-up, and have third place. Since this is a specific recognition and is different from losing an award, runner-up mentions are considered wins in this award tally. For simplification and to avoid errors, each award in this list has been presumed to have had a prior nomination.

The following is a list of awards and nominations received by American actress Lily Gladstone. She[a] gained recognition for her performance in Certain Women (2016), including a nomination for the Independent Spirit Award for Best Supporting Female. In 2023, she received critical acclaim for her performance in Killers of the Flower Moon (2023), for which she received a slew of awards and nominations, including a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Actress, becoming the first Native Actress of American descent to be nominated for an Oscar.[2]
