Front façade provided with tower and projecting bay with pediment and pilasters. Double timber doors and casement windows. Red painted brick plinth. The building was officially opened on 31 May 1928 by the Mayor of Wepener, Councillor D du Plessis. Th building contractor was D J H Spies. In 1963 the building was repaired and modernised.
