This article lists notable records of the Premier Volleyball League (PVL), the Philippines' sole women's professional volleyball league since its formation in 2017.

- is the team that has won the most league championships, with 10 titles (2 Reinforced, 6 All-Filipino/Open, 2 Invitational).
- is the first and only team that has won more than one championship and podium finish in all different conference formats (Reinforced, All-Filipino/Open, Invitational).
- is the most active team in the league, debuting in 2017 and having been at every conference (tournament) (excluding the Collegiate Conference). Creamline and the Petro Gazz Angels are the two oldest active teams in the league, with Petro Gazz also having no record of skipping a conference since their 2018 debut.
- has the most finals appearances in the league, with thirteen. They also hold the longest streak of finals appearances, starting from 2018 to 2022.
- is the team with the most Final Four appearances. Their sixteen appearances in all 16 conferences make them the only team to have always been in the Final Four since their entry in 2017. They are followed by the Petro Gazz Angels with eight appearances, and the Cignal HD Spikers with seven
- is the first and only professional club team to be undefeated in conference play. They achieved this four times (2019 Open, 2022 Open, 2023 2nd All-Filipino, 2024 Invitational)
- is the first and only team to achieve a Golden Double during the league's semi-professional status. They achieved this in the 2018 season.
- is the first and only team to achieve a Grand Slam, winning all conferences in one season. They did this in the 2024 Premier Volleyball League season.
- The Creamline Cool Smashers versus the Petro Gazz Angels is the most recurring championship match-up in the league. It has happened four times (2019 Reinforced, 2019 Open, 2022 Open, and 2023 All-Filipino).
- The Petro Gazz Angels is the first team to have won more than one Reinforced conference title, in 2019 and 2022.
- The NU Lady Bulldogs is the only collegiate team to have an undefeated record in the conference (2017 Collegiate).
- The Chef's Classics Lady Red Spikers, the TIP Lady Engineers, and the Gerflor Defenders are the only teams to have not tallied a single win in the entirety of their league play.
- The Kurashiki Ablaze is the first and only foreign team to have ever won a Premier Volleyball League title, winning the championship at the 2023 Premier Volleyball League Invitational Conference.
Players
[edit]- Jia Morado-De Guzman and Alyssa Valdez are the players with the most awards in the league, having won twelve awards. They are followed by Tots Carlos with nine, and Myla Pablo with seven awards.
- Alyssa Valdez, Jia Morado-De Guzman, and Tots Carlos are the players with the most MVP awards, having four MVP titles each. Myla Pablo and Jaja Santiago are tied for the second-most MVP titles with three each.
- Alyssa Valdez and Tots Carlos are the players with the most Conference MVP awards, with three each.
- Jia Morado-De Guzman is the player with the most Finals MVP awards, having received four awards.
- Myla Pablo is the first and only player to be named MVP three consecutive times (excluding Collegiate Conference). She first achieved a Finals MVP award in the 2017 Reinforced, followed by two Conference MVP titles in 2017 Open, and 2018 Reinforced.
- Isa Molde, Jaja Santiago, and Bernadeth Pons are the only players to be named both Conference and Finals MVP in one conference. Molde first achieved this in the 2018 Collegiate, Santiago achieved this during the 2021 Open, and Pons achieved this during the 2024 Reinforced.
- Tots Carlos is the first and only player who has won an MVP and a positional award playing more than one position in her career. She won two Conference MVPs and two Best Opposite Spiker awards as an Opposite Spiker (2022 Open, 2022 Invitational). She also won one Conference MVP and Best Outside Spiker as an Outside Spiker (2023 All-Filipino).
- Alyssa Valdez is the player with the most Best Outside Spiker awards, having earned eight. She is followed by Jema Galanza with five, and Myla Pablo and Gretchel Soltones both having four awards.
- Jeanette Panaga is the player with the most Best Middle Blocker awards, earning six in her career. Kathy Bersola, Ria Meneses and Risa Sato are tied for second, with each of them earning three awards.
- Tots Carlos is the player with the most Best Opposite Spiker awards, having earned four. Following her are Michele Gumabao with three and Kat Tolentino with two.
- Jia Morado-De Guzman holds the record of having the most Best Setter awards, with eight. She is followed by Angelica Cayuna, with four awards.
- Kath Arado and Thang Ponce are the players who earned the most awarded Best Liberos, with three. They are followed by Melissa Gohing-Nacino, with two.

[edit]- The match between BanKo Perlas Spikers and Power Smashers holds the record for having the most points scored in a match, with 242. It happened during the 2017 Premier Volleyball League Reinforced Conference with the following set scores: 29–31, 24–26, 25–19, 25–23, 21–19.
- The most lopsided match is between the Creamline Cool Smashers and Adamson Lady Falcons during the 2018 Premier Volleyball League Open Conference with set scores of 25–7, 25–11, 25–10, and a total of 103 points. It is also the shortest match in the league, lasting 1 hour and 2 minutes.
- The most contested set belongs to the match between the PacificTown-Army Lady Troopers and Choco Mucho Flying Titans during the 2019 Open where the set score reached 39–41 in the first set. Choco Mucho won the grueling set, but PacificTown-Army got the match win.
- The match between the BaliPure Purest Water Defenders and the Creamline Cool Smashers holds the record for the most lopsided set in the league. With a set score of 3–25 during the 2021 Premier Volleyball League Open Conference, it is the only set played in the league where a team has won less than five points. Creamline won the set and swept the match.
- The 5-setter match between the Petro Gazz Angels and the F2 Logistics Cargo Movers, in the 2023 Premier Volleyball League Invitational Conference, is the longest, lasting 3 hours and 25 minutes. The Angels prevailed over the Cargo Movers in the said match.
- The match between the Creamline Cool Smashers and Choco Mucho Flying Titans during the Finals Game 2 of the 2023 Premier Volleyball League Second All-Filipino Conference recorded the most-attended match of the Premier Volleyball League, with 24,459 people in attendance, where Creamline eventually bagged their seventh title. Additionally, this match broke the record for the most-attended volleyball game in Philippine history, and the most-attended official indoor volleyball match in 2023, globally.[1][2]

[edit]- Marina Tushova of the Capital1 Solar Spikers from Russia, holds two records as a player:
- Scored the most points in a single match, with 50 points (47 attacks, 2 blocks, 1 ace), against the Cignal HD Spikers in the 2024 Premier Volleyball League Reinforced Conference. She is the first and only player to reach at least 50 points in one match. She also notably smashed three consecutive scoring records during this conference, two of which were under her name.
- Scored the most spikes in a single game, as she led the team with 47 spikes against the Cignal HD Spikers in the 2024 Premier Volleyball League Reinforced Conference.
- Tots Carlos is the Philippine player who scored the most points in a single match. She scored 38 points (35 attacks, 3 blocks) in a five-set win against Cignal HD Spikers during the 2024 Premier Volleyball League All-Filipino Conference.
- Kat Tolentino is the local player with the most 30-point games in one conference. She did this during her debut season in Choco Mucho Flying Titans at the 2019 Premier Volleyball League Open Conference, where she tallied at least 30 or more points for three games during the said conference.
- Marina Tushova, Oluoma Okaro, and Elena Savkina-Samoilenko tallied the most 30-point games in one conference, having five games scoring more than 30 points in the same conference (2024 Premier Volleyball League Reinforced Conference).
- Ria Meneses is the player who tallied the most blocks in a match. She scored 10 blocks in a three-set win against Perlas Spikers during the 2021 Premier Volleyball League Open Conference.
- Alyssa Valdez scored the most aces in a match with eight aces against the Tacloban Fighting Warays in the 2018 Premier Volleyball League Reinforced Conference.
- Jia Morado-De Guzman holds the record for the most excellent sets in a match, tallying 71 excellent sets in a win against the BaliPure Purest Water Defenders during the 2017 Premier Volleyball League Open Conference.
- Kath Arado tallied the most reception attempts that set a 100% reception efficiency in 14 attempts against the Army Black Mamba Lady Troopers, during their first win at the 2023 Premier Volleyball League All-Filipino Conference.
- Dawn Macandili-Catindig set the record for the most excellent digs in a match, with 48, to steer F2 Logistics Cargo Movers' win against Cignal HD Spikers during the 2023 Premier Volleyball League Invitational Conference.
