Roberto Sabatini

Roberto Sabatini is an aerospace researcher and academic specializing in avionics, spaceflight and robotics/autonomous systems.[1][2][3][4] He is a full professor at Khalifa University in the United Arab Emirates,[5] and an honorary professor at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia.[citation needed]

He is a fellow of the Institution of Engineers Australia[6] and the Royal Aeronautical Society,[7] and is editor of a number of journals in the field.[8][9]

He has received several awards, such as the Arch T. Colwell Merit Award - Society of Automotive Engineering (2015)[10], Scientist of the Year - Australian Defense Industry Awards (2019).[11][12] and Distinguished Leadership Award from Aviation/Aerospace Australia in 2021.[13]
