Why is there no demographic data in the article?[edit]

Why is there no demographic information in the article? Shouldn't that be in this article too? At least there is data on the Trump Administration's errors in undercounting and overcounting. That should also be in the general article on the U.S. Stevenmitchell (talk) 03:26, 27 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

August and September released[edit]

That data is out: https://www.census.gov/programs-surveys/decennial-census/decade/2020/planning-management/release/about-2020-data-products.html

I'm not sure how to map the language used in the page to the language used on census.gov or how to handle the separate web and FTP releases, so I didn't just jump in and fix it yet. IonFreeman (talk) 02:54, 22 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Grammatical errors[edit]

The entire page, particularly the "Demographics" section,is poorly written, and has severe grammatical issues. Phrases, such as "White Americans," need correction. Other racial & ethnic groups in the same section don't include the "Americans" qualifier, so neither should "White Americans." It is both unnecessary, and frankly, sounds rather racist. There are also many errors involving case, and singular vs plural verb forms when referring to demographic categories. Hneilm (talk) 18:30, 31 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Old Mississippi flag in use for state ranking[edit]

I was looking at this page for data I need for a project and noticed the old Mississippi flag is still in use. This may be considered minor, but it contains Confederate imagery and is outdated. We should update it. DoggsWiki (talk) 13:38, 22 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
