Verb section: negation

Information about the position of the negation marker -m is incorrect. It is preverbal for dynamic verbs only in the Aorist and some other tenses, whereas in the (finite) Present (e.g., сцом), Future I/II, Imperfect and Conditional I/II it occupies the same position as in the static case.
