Why not?
[edit]Umm. . . why not have a separate article under "ACTRESS"? It means a female actor; a woman who acts. Hello!! Isn't somebody being a little PC, having only "actor" for both sexes?
- As explained in the editing tutorial, Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a dictionary, and therefore if it cannot be expanded into an encyclopedic entry, it is better to place it in a sister project Wikipedia:Tutorial (Keep in mind) A simple definition of the word "actress" is therefore not found here for that reason. There is nothing stopping you from writing an entry specifically about the actress in the history of the performing arts, however.
