Castle Rock merge proposal

Research indicates that the Castle Rock article cannot be expanded beyond a few sentences (ie. it is a perpetual stub). This small scattering of rural properties was not large enough to have had a general store. In former eras, the locality was a satellite of Fort Alexandria (4 km north), then Marguerite (5 km south).
