[edit]Thanks for the article. I purposely red-linked an occurrence of ACJ and, when I pushed the test button, it was blue. CasualObserver'48 (talk) 06:07, 31 January 2009 (UTC)
Existence of Issues (magazine)
[edit]I am unable to find this magazine online or on World Cat. Of course I may be using incorrect search terms. Does this magazine actually exist or is that a hoax added to the text before I added the subsection? I am inclined to remove this if I am unable to see evidence that this exists. I was going to make a reference for it with the link for verifiability WP:V.
Request for information on Zionism and relevance to this organisation
[edit]hi all. I'm new to Wikipedia and wanted to ask a little about the relevance of mentioning that this organisation is either pro or anti Zionist it its outlook. A quick look around Wikipedia shows an inconsistency here: nearly all Jewish religious organisations have a (political) opinion about Zionism or an official position regarding support for Zionism/Israel yet very few mention this. Why is this? and is this something that readers find useful and pertinent to have documented? thanks Bibblebobble2 (talk) 11:13, 27 November 2016 (UTC)
- precisely because it's a unique position (except for the Satmer, a group at the other end of the religious spectrum. DGG ( talk ) 15:44, 3 April 2018 (UTC)
Lessing J. Rosenwald?
[edit]In Behind the Silken Curtain, page 23, Bartley Crum, from the Anglo-American Committee of Inquiry on Palestine, introduces him as Lessing W. Rosenwald. Is this a mistake? 2A00:A040:191:C261:AAB:CDE8:6AC2:B77D (talk) 17:51, 20 December 2023 (UTC)
Non-standard referencing & shortened footnotes
[edit]The Kolsky 1992 & Ross books can be better cited since there are no ISBNs, OCLC #s, and locations for both & no publishing date for the latter. Shortened footnotes would also be helpful to remove duplication & repetition in the footnotes. I will take care of this. Peaceray (talk) 16:05, 16 March 2024 (UTC)
- I will switch to the 1990 version of Kolsky since there is a ebook available from the Internet Archive. Peaceray (talk) 16:08, 16 March 2024 (UTC)
- Done I also added parameters to nearly all the other footnotes. Peaceray (talk) 19:51, 18 March 2024 (UTC)
