Sorry but the "The plans for the Arduinome are released under an open source, non-commercial use only license" isn't a license, is a statement, you can not call a licence open source without been approved by the OSI. The link provided just says the same thing, without specifiyng a specific license. It's not CC, nor BSD, just a statement. Also, I doubt that a non-commercial license could be called "open source". Also "As well as the Arduino board, many Arduinomes [...]" ... what? As well as the Arduino board? If I remember the Arduino board doesn't use button pads or pcb's from Sparkfun (some Arduinos might be builded by Sparkfun, like the Pro, but that's different). Even worse, although they state "open source, non-commercial use only" the license at http://sourceforge.net/projects/arduinome/ is GPL v2.0 - which specifically allows commercial use (it is Open Source, as well as Free). As a result, they have two contradictory licenses (non-commercial use only, and Free), which raises questions about the licensing status overall. 76.111.29.107 (talk) 19:50, 27 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Multiple licences don't contradict, they complement. If both licences are offered, then the user can choose either one to follow. Andy Dingley (talk) 20:28, 27 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
