I think this article ahould cite some references, because I think it's conten is not quite accurate. In Mexico, there is a style of cooking meat called barbacoa which has nothing to do with Caribbean tribes and which is very different to the BBQ style used in U.S. 136.249.193.28 15:08, 11 March 2007 (UTC) Mario[reply]
