Removed stuff about Bruising/Abrasions being unintended injuries
[edit]I removed some uncited stuff saying "these munitions are meant to cause pain and not serious injury. However, they can cause bruising, Abrasions, contusions, ...". I replaced it with the blindness and organ damage mentioned in the Berkeley paper.
I don't think bruising/scrapes are a "serious" or unintended injury. Pretty obvious that if you get hit by one of these it's gonna bruise. Unless this is referring to more serious or debilitating bruising, which I didn't see in a citation so if someone has a citation for it feel free to add it back.
