"premier lighthouse"?

Article says:

Beavertail Lighthouse, built in 1856, was and still is the premier lighthouse in Rhode Island ...

What does that mean? How is it measured? Is there a source for that? Personally, I would think Point Judith Light is the state's "premier lighthouse," but isn't it a matter of opinion either way? --Kzirkel (talk) 21:50, 4 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
