Unfortunately, this article is far enough below the GACR that I believe it must be a quickfail at this time. GACR #3 requires the article to be "broad in its coverage", but this article entirely omits any summary of the actual contents of the book. The reception section is underdeveloped, merely a short list of pull quotes without any cohesion. I find it difficult to believe that there is no scholarly analysis of the book, which is almost a decade old at this point. With apologies, as I can see that this is a first GA nomination. I do hope you take some time to work on the article and renominate it, because the subject matter deserves the GA treatment. I would recommend looking at existing GAs and FAs on books to get an idea of how to structure a well-written book article.
