"written for the lead singer of Earth, Wind, & Fire's cousins"

This phrasing is confusing. What does it mean? Was the song written for the EWF singer's cousins? Then why was it recorded by EWF? Or, grammatically possible but less likely, was the song written for the lead singer among EWF's cousins? Can a band even have cousins? Martin Rundkvist (talk) 06:28, 15 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
